10. Question: Canceling an Order in zShops.
    

    Answer: Please note that since Amazon.com is not directly involved in the completion of sales arranged on Lübeck Haus zShops, you will need to contact us by e-mail at Lübeck Haus zShop directly to reach an amicable agreement if for any reason you would like to cancel an order. While we normally do not cancel orders once received, we do make exceptions. 11. Question: What guarantees are there on the One-Year Mechanical or Quartz Wall Clock Guarantee Certificate?
    

    Answer: We will repair, at no charge, the mechanism and actual movement of a wall clock if it proves to be defective within 1 year of the purchase date.
    Simply return the wall clock, postage paid and insured to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. 1600, Woodland Hills, California, 91365 with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the wall clock. Include $14.50 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance.
    This guarantee does not cover any glass or wood facing, nor wall clocks subjected to unauthorized repair, modification, or abuse.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Before returning quartz wall clocks or analog watches, please make sure that the problem is not simply dead batteries. Problems caused by dead batteries are not covered by this quarantee.

12. Question: Why is there an additional shipping and handling fee of $2.60 for orders under $45.00?
    Answer: We sell many items for less than $45.00 each. The costs for packaging and handling is high, and the extra handling fee helps to defray these costs.
    This handling fee can be avoided all together, simply by purchasing more than one item in each order, so that the total value of the merchandise going to one shipping destination for your order is $45.00 or more.
    
    
13. Question: Would a purchase order of $45.00 or more require this special handling fee?
    Answer: No, not at all.
    
    
14. Question: What is your policy on returning merchandise.
    Answer: All of our products have a 30-day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling. If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase you may return it in the original packaging with all components, undamaged. Include your name, and a copy of the shipping papers. Ship package postage paid and undamaged for an exchange or refund of the purchase price, within 30 days of receiving your order.
    NOTE: Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
